Welcome to Wednesdays!

 

These terms of use are a contract between you and Wednesdays (“we”, “us”, “our”). 

 

Wednesdays offers multiple products and services. Our live events (referred to as “events”), memberships (referred to below as “memberships”), tickets (referred to as “tickets”) and whatsapp community (referred to below simply as “group chat”), are our current products. 

 

By signing up for our newsletter, joining our events or using Wednesdays in any way means you agree to all these terms, and these terms will remain in effect while you use Wednesdays. If you don’t agree to all of the following, you may not use or access Wednesdays in any manner. 

 

You represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a contract. 

 

Signing up for events

You may be required to sign up for events. You promise you will provide us with accurate, complete, and up to date information. Our events are strictly for persons over the age of 18.

 

We will add you to our newsletter if you sign up for any of our events. 

 

Tickets and refunds

Unless otherwise stated, tickets to Wednesday’s events are non-refundable. In the case of refund, payment processing fees will not be refunded. Please check our event pages for details regarding refunds.

Event conditions

We endeavor to adhere to our planned event schedule but at times this may not be possible. We reserve the right to cancel, change, or amend any details of our events at the discretion of our group. 

 

During events 

Wednesdays has a no-work talk rule that we kindly ask you to respect. Infringement upon this rule on multiple occasions may lead to a ban from Wednesdays. Similarly, please be kind and courteous at our events. Poor behavior, racism, prejudice, or aggression can similarly be reasonable cause for being banned from our community.

Media

We may post photos, videos, and other media with your picture and or name on our social media accounts on instagram, tiktok, substack, website or other platforms as marketing or promotional material. 

 

Whatsapp Community

Wednesdays has a zero tolerance policy in regards to hate speech and/or abusive material sent online in our group chat. Wednesdays reserves the right to remove members for any reason at any time whatsoever from said chat should their behavior be inconsistent with our communitiy values. Please do not promote third party business, events, apps, or other products in our group chat without expressed permission from our team. 

 

Termination

If sufficient complaints are lodged by fellow members, or if we feel you are not operating in good faith within the community, we reserve the right to terminate your membership and access to Wednesdays at any point in time for any reason without a refund. 

 

Free Trials

You are allowed to redeem our 30 day free trial only once. 
 

Membership

You are allowed to join your first Wednesdays event on Wednesday night without a membership as a trial. To attend any further events beyond your first trial event requires signing up for a membership. Frequent cancellation of memberships could lead to a temporary or permanent ban from Wednesdays. Weekend events require an active VIP membership to attend. 

 

Changes to Wednesdays

We’re always trying to improve Wednesdays, so our products and services may change over time. We may suspend or discontinue any part of Wednesdays, or we may introduce new features or impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of Wednesdays. We’ll try to give you notice when we make a material change to Wednesdays that would adversely affect you, but this isn’t always possible or practical.
